My many years of experience in the
private sector and my MBA degree qualify me to assist you in understanding
the operation of your business or government entity. As your management
consultant, I assist you in making the difficult decisions concerning staffing
and capitalization that ensure that each functional group under your supervision
is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible, given your current
resources. Indeed, much of my research has involved understanding and
quantifying productive efficiency.

Firms
As a contract statistician, I have performed
services for several management consulting firms. In 1999 as a consultant to Bates,
White & Ballentine, I investigated the feasibility of using neural network
technology to develop risk management strategies for a large credit card
processing corporation. This involved reviewing existing database structure
and proposing statistical methods for the data that could improve the
company’s risk profile and enhance profitability and performance. I
have also done much work for Bain & Co.
and for several of their clients, such as Sears
Roebuck & Company.
